How do I create a customer account?
From lawnprony.com, select Login & Pay Online, then select Get Started Today and complete the form. You will need your customer number to create an account. Submit the form and check your email to verify your account. Check our Customer Portal Guide for a step-by-step guide.
Where can I find my customer number?
Your customer number can be found on your invoice, in the My Account section of your customer portal or by calling our office at 631-473-3396.

Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice can be found in your Service Summary Report email or on your customer portal.
What forms of payment do you accept?

How do I make a payment?
We offer several payment options for your convenience. Payments can be made via the customer portal, through autopay, over the phone (631-473-3396) or by check made payable to Lawn Pro America. Check the Customer Portal Guide for a step-by-step guide.
Do you offer promotions?
We offer a 10% prepayment discount if your services are paid for in full by the start of the season. A 5% discount is available to customers who are registered for autopay. Promotions cannot be combined. Please call our office at 631-473-3396 for more information.
How do I set up autopay?
You can set up autopay through your customer portal by selecting Auto Pay under My Account in the top-right corner of your home page. You can also call our office at 631-473-3396 and we are happy to help. Check our Customer Portal Guide for a step-by-step guide.
Service Inquiries
What does your treatment program include?
We offer a 5-round, 7-treatment lawn care program that includes the following:
- Early Spring green-up and pre-emergent
- Late Spring fertilizer and pre-emergent
- Summer fertilizer with iron & Allectus insect control
- Fall reviving fertilizer
- Final fall root feeding & Solu-Cal lime application
Do you offer additional services?
In addition to our 7 treatment lawn care program, customers have the option of adding preventative fungus treatments. Email us at contact@lawnprony.com or call us at 631-473-3396 for more information or to obtain a quote.
Will my services automatically renew?
Services will not automatically renew. Each year, customers will receive a renewal agreement that must be signed and returned in order to activate services for the upcoming season.
Will I be notified before an application?
Customers are not automatically notified before an application. Please email us at contact@lawnpronhy.com or call us at 631-473-3396 to request call ahead service
What happens if I have a concern about my lawn between treatments?
Please contact our office at 631-473-3396 to discuss your lawn. Service calls are available upon request. You can also send images of your lawn to contact@lawnprony.com to have them reviewed by our expert technicians.
