Below is a list of possible applications, the approximate dates, and the materials we will be using on your property. NYS Department of Environmental Conservation law states that LAWN  PRO MUST HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT BEFORE APPLYING ANY LAWN TREATMENTS TO YOUR  PROPERTY. This contract does not bind you to us for the entire year, but it is required to begin your services.

Note: The property owner or owner’s agent may request the specific date or dates of the  application(s) to be provided, and if so requested, the pesticide applicator or business must  inform of the specific dates and include the date or dates in the contract.  Identification of substances to be applied including brand names and generic names of active  ingredients and warning information (if any) pertinent to the protection of humans, animals,  and the environment are included in this contract.
